Allied Professional CEPS Exam Application
Registration for the June 5, 2019 Allied Professionals Certified Eletrophysiology Specialist (CEPS) Exam is now closed. Registration for the June 3, 2020 CEPS exam opens on December 11, 2019 and closes on February 7, 2020.
Please note: Late applications will not be accepted; there are no exceptions.
Registrations and Confirmation
- Applications must be completed before submission.
- Registration forms will not be processed without completed information and full payment to the International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners (IBHRE).
- Formal exam correspondence and instructions from IBHRE will be forwarded by email AFTER the application deadline date.
- Communications from IBHRE will come in the form of email. Following the email announcement of exam results, official results documents will be sent to all via mail to those who passed the exam.
Please be sure to provide us with your current email and mailing address. If your contact information changes between the time you apply and the examination date, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to update your record.

Special Testing Accommodations / Disability
Candidates who wish to obtain special testing accommodations pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, must submit the Special Testing Accommodations or Disability Request Form and supporting documentation along with their application. Candidates approved for test accommodations will receive their scheduling permit and then must call the “special conditions coordinator” at the Prometric Candidate Services Contact Center at the toll-free number listed on their scheduling permit. Local centers may not schedule appointments for candidates requiring test accommodations. Eligibility documentation will not be returned to candidates upon review of the application. Please do not send original copies.
